Warranty Period

All VIONMIO products come with 12 months warranty for any quality-related issues.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee for Any Reason

Undamaged products may be returned for a full refund for any reason within 30 days of the date the item was delivered to the designated shipping address. Once the returned item arrives back in Vionmio’s warehouse for inspection, the refund process will begin.

How to submit a rating or review?

Go to the product detail page for the item. If you've placed an order for the item, you can also go to Your Orders.
Click Write a customer review in the Customer Reviews section.
Select a Star Rating. A green check mark shows for successfully submitted ratings.
(Optional) Add text, photos, or videos and click Submit.

How to leave feedback for an order?

Do one of the following:

Go to Leave Seller Feedback.
Go to Your Orders and select Leave Seller Feedback.

Find your order.
Select the options that best reflect your experience.
Select Submit Feedback.

Note: It can take up to three days after the order is completed or canceled for the Leave seller feedback button to show in Your Orders. You have 90 days from the date of your order to leave your rating and comments.
